Software for PerSeptive / Applied Biosystems BioCAD HPLC

Does anyone have a copy of the Biochrom 3.0 software (about 14 years old) for the BioCAD / Integral / Vision HPLC workstations with embedded PC?
These systems are long discontinued but I have one in otherwise working condition. If anyone can pass along a copy (installation disks or hard drive image?), I would be grateful.
