MASSTransit interpretting RT wrong

If anyone out there using MASS Transit could help with this it would be helpful. Having issues converting Thermo .RAW files to HP Chemstation files. MASS Transit keeps changing the retention time to seconds instead of minutes. Its like it is not reading the .RAW file correctly. When I open a chemstation file in MASS Transit it has the correct retention times, its only with the .RAW files.

Figured it out. Had to convert the data in Xcalibur first then do the MASSTransit and the data came out in ChemStation matching the data in Xcalubur.
