Hello, does anybody know how to re-generate an Anion /S column? Packing is Silica w/quaternary ammonium ion exchanger. Mobile phase is 4 mM KHP.

Thank you very much.

Raul
Maybe the manual or handbook you got from the manufacturer of your column can help you to do a kind of regeneration of the column, but in most cases that will not work and it is time to order a new column. Sorry.

A higher concetration of KHP and / or a higher pH. But those columns are notoriously short-lived:six months or so in aqueous solution (even if you don't run any samples). Storing in methanol "stops the clock" on the deterioration.
