I have the following question:

1.During intermediation precision validation, do you prefer to evaluate overall RSD% or absolute mean difference%?
2.Would one give a better evaluation than the other? Or does it depends on individual's preference?

My opinion is either way is OK.

I have heard some people do not like overall RSD% because 12 results are not enough to evaluate inter lab RSD%. However I doubt if absolute mean difference% is better. For example, one lab has 99% for all 6 assays and the other lab has 101% for all 6 assays, the absolute difference is 3% and RSD is 2.1%. This can not tell you if one is better than the other. either way is fine.

I'd appreciate your input on this topic.
