prep-HPLC of porphyrins: columns, solvents etc
Posted: Mon Mar 11, 2013 6:03 pm
Greetings to everyone!
There're quite many papers on analytical HPLC of porphyrins, but next to no (if I was not too lazy to search) information about preparative separations.
Could somebody give recommendations on the subject?
PS:
To be more specific, I have access to preparative columns with C18, C8 and CN phases. And can use water-miscible solvents.
The compound is a derivative of 5,10,15,20-tetraphenylporphyrin containing crown ether moieties.
