Hi all,

I have some problem, I have the chromatogram result of the analysis of my 3 unknown samples (A, B, C).
But now, I am so confuse how to check : is the sample B consist of (or the same sample with ) the A sample by look the chromatogram result, whereas we don't have the any satandard. Anyone have suggestion?

If spectra match and retentin times match, the chances that compounds are the same are pretty good. Knwledge of the samples will help. If samples are related - extracts from three parts of a plant - chances of compounds being related are likely. If compunds are of unknown relationship - three samples from three entirely differnt sources - you may need more information.
