I am in the proces of refurbishing a Varian 3800 CP GC with Saturn 2000 MS.
Upon inspecting the circuitry I found one broken capacitor. It is so badly damaged I can't read it's specifications anymore and I can't find a schematic for it anywhere.

Details of board:
Manifold upper PWA
SCHEM 03-930223-00
ASSY 03-930220-01 REV
(it is located above the vacuum chamber)

Can anyone tell me the specs because a new board costs 3500$ secondhand?

See picture for details.

Thank you!
