Does anyone know of a good method to get SHU using GC/MS. I've looked at several papers so far but they all seem to have issues with analyte recovery, calibration linearity, or precission. Yes I know most people do it via HPLC but since I don't have one I'm trying to do as much as I can on the GC/MS.
