Any one has experience for 2-chloroethylamine determination by hplc with UV detector except <UPS> GC method? Is it possible @195nm? solvent system? C18 column? I know Thank you very much for your great help. george
This compound is not UV active, so you need to use either ELSD/CAD, LC/MS, RI or nitrogen detector. If you have ELSD/CAD, RI you can do cation-exchange mixed-mode in combination with ACN/water/acid (TFA for ELSD/CAD or any other acid for RI).

My opinions might be bias, but I have about 1000 examples to support them. Check our website for new science and applications
