ion guage controlloer (59864b) is reading 0.0-0

I have problem with ion guage controller connected to MSD 5973. It is displaying 0.0.-0. Vaccum pump status shows 100%. Can some one please help with this, I am a new user, not have very good knowledge using GC/MS.

Most of our GC/MS end up like this - the ion gauge filament burns out, and it is rarely worth the cost or attention to replace it. I would rather keep them working, but I must admit the information is rarely critical.
