GC-MS & LC-MS

Hello,
I would like the board to assist me with the following. Our lab administration would like the lab to propose service contracts for our GC-ECD-FID-MS and our LC-UV-MS.
Can you guys kindly assist me on what activities we should place in these contracts and some important terms and conditions?

I think you are lacking a few too many details to get any sensible answers

Industry , regulatory requirements

Lets see if this helps. We are going to use our equipment suppliers. I am uncertain as to whether we have a choice in the matter given that we have Thermo brand. These equipment supplier have supplied a service contract but the LAB'S ADMINISTRATION is NOT satisfied with the details. So they recommend the LAB proposes a contract. The ADMINISTRATION is very open for servicing from another company but we have not been able to locate any.
So this lab is located in Guyana, South America. As far as I know we don't have any industry or regulatory requirements. The lab is using these instruments for pesticides analysis. I am in no position to comment on budget and of course the faster response time is preferred but management has not indicated what they have in mind.
