Does anybody know of a GC method (or HPLC) that I can use to separate 4-nitrobenzene sulfonyl chloride from its isomers??

Use a moderately polar or non polar phase if you use GC. the 3-nitro isomer may be very difficult to separate. NMR may be the best method to determine isomers.
