Varian 450-GC problem at all

Hello, we are using Varian 450-GC, from few days when we start the system and run the autosample il take the vial number II (waste) instead of initial than the vial number I for washing.

The other problem is when we are setting the pressure and the column flow from 1.0-5.0mg/L there isn't pressure in the inlet but, there is gas in the line.ç

Some body help me.

You really need to sit down with the operator's manual and work through it step by step.

mg/L is not a flow rate.
