What are the causes of unsteady/drifing baseline with GCFID. We are having some problems at the moment with our total recoverable petroleum hydrocarbons

What GC, and column. What are your inlet, detector, and oven temps? What are your carrier, air, H2, and make-up flows? Did this just start happening or did you make any changes or do any maintenance and then see the problem?
