Do control carry over allows in assay analysis?
Generally you want to get all the analytes off in single run. If you're having carryover it could coelute with your analyte of interest. I don't know how much freedom you have to adjust the method. If allowed, you can extend the run to ensure all the analytes elute, or, if it's a gradient reverse phase method, increase the organic phase concentration at the end of the run to push off the remaining analytes. You may have to equilibrate longer after each injection. Just some thoughts.
