response of Deoxynivaleneol is very low in UV detection at 218 nm.condition were:
column:c18,5micron;
mobile phase:water:acetonitrile=85:15
fr:1mL/min
pl suggest me to improve the response ?
A google search for deoxynivalenol gave the following link. I would suggest reading some of the referenced journal articles.
