Adjustable pressure regulator for qualification

For my HPLC pump qualification I am looking for a device like this:
It is about 2 cm / 0.8" in height (it looks really big in the picture

)
https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B57F_5o ... FIems/edit
It has to provide a pressure of 1000 PSI over my pump. But it has to be adjustable for other purposes, such as seal pack calibration.
I don't know the official name for this device, which makes it even harder to find.

I use a union and a column end cap/nut (very adjustable and cheap).

For the seal pack calibration I do the union trick too. The supplier suggested me this method for the same reasons

But for the qualification I need to collect the "waste" so a T-shape valve is more practical. And if I have to buy me such valve, it is more price efficient if I can also use it for the seal packs.

Grace/Alltech used to do quite a reasonable one. I haven't looked if they still do.
