Hello every one:

I noticed that one of our ChemStation software has "Short Sequence Report" in the pull-down menu of sequence, but not the rest of the ChemStation in the Lab. All the ChemStation is version C.01.02 [14].
I want to enable this function in all the software, but couldn't find where after search around.

Anybody has a hint for it? My guess is this is a macro, but where I can find the instruction how to make this macro.

Thanks!
I know in the A and B versions of Chemstation (GC/LC type) that there is and option in the VIEW menu at the bottom to enable Full Menu or Short Menu. See if there is a difference in that setting between your different computers. If Full Menu is enabled then the last menu item under VIEW will be "Enable Short Menu", if it is set to Short Menu then the last entry will be "Enable Full Menu".
The past is there to guide us into the future, not to dwell in.

If this is a macro then it loads from HDD when ChemStation starts.
So you don't need to write this macro, but rather copy it to another computer.
OK, time pass by and nothing happens in the topic.

Jadexyj, you may try to find something interesting in user.mac file located in HPCHEM\CORE (provided file structure hasn't changed compared to ver. A.10.02).
