Could I have a way to export the GCMS ions signal to csv file.
If there is any macro routine to do that it will be great

Thanks in advance
that feature is "built in " on Agilent software.
What instrument and software? If Agilent, you have an answer posted by Bigbear. Otherwise, various vendors have different ways of doing tasks like this.
