hyaluronate test method

Can anyone help me to find a test method for sodium hyaluronate from a tablet. API method in BP cannot be used due to some placebo interation. Really appreciate any suggestions. Thanks.

Application data bases from manufacturers of HPLC columns all over the world are free to check out specific applications, as yours for example. That will be the fastest way to find a method to start with.

Try the Phenomenex catalog, there is a SEC method.
