Agilent GC/MS/MS software issues help

I got an unexpected error message on the computer for Agilent GC/MS/MS.

"Bootup Config UI error
Data subscriptions failed.
Are inbound ports blocked?
Is there right type of GC at the IP address? "

It seems like the system is running something and all controls are locked. We tried rebooting but the problem was not corrected.
Any advice or help will be greatly appreciated.

hmm not sure, have you tried unplugging any network connections and rebooting again?

Have you added antivirus software or adjusted the firewall?

We turn off the gc and the ms ms . Turned on again then rebooted the computer. It did not work and when we came in next day it started working again . Very strange occurrence . Thanks for helping.
