We have two columns--packed molesieve column and capillary GS-CarbonPlot column. We found we need to set the initial oven temperature at 135C and kept for several minutes, and then heated to 250C to separate our gas components. Will there be any damage for these two columns if we use this temperature programming (so high initial temperature)?

Again, when using Molesieve column with TCD detector, what is the peak order for NO, CH4 and CO? Which ones will come out first, second and then last? Thanks.
