CAPILLARY MAXIMUM VOLTAGE ON TRIPLE QUAD 320 MS VARIAN

Hello my friends,
I have some questions related to capillary maximum voltage applied on triple quad from varian 320 MS
I've played whith temperature, pressure for drying gas and nebulizing gas in order to obtain a smooth peak shape. i'm going in
ESI (-) mode, but at -50V on capillary I've got zig-zag peak shape, going to -120V my peak shape was smoothing but I'm afraid to work at this voltage on capillary (I must mention that it's not 100% smooth but I'm afraid to go at -130V) I know that on this type of quadrupole maximum power goes on ESI needle -5000V. Which is the maximum on capillary for this type? what about shield? (I'm going on -600V at this moment). My molecule doesn't wanna breakdown working whith this parameters.
I have like 200 samples to quantify for this molecule
