I just got an air bubble in the UPLC system, normally I flush 5ml/min methonal to get rid of air bubble in HPLC. But UPLC only allows me to set up flow rate up to 2ml/min, which is not enough to get rid of air bubble. Could anyone tell me what I should do? Thanks a lot!

Where in the system is the bubble? Flow-cell?

It is in the mobile phase in-lines.

Loosen the connection of tubing to the pump , raise the mobile phase bottle up , observe the air bubble until it disappears , tighten the connection of tubing.

You shouldnt have to break any connections, just try priming the system for 10 minutes. If you feel you must break a connections, loosen that inlet line right where it goes into the degasser, wait the the bubbles to flush out, retighten, then prime for 1 or 2 minutes. If it is an Acquity UPLC, the mobile phase bottles need to be above the level of the pump. Any very small bubbles left in that inlet line will be taken care of by the degasser.
