This is probably something very simple but I cant seem to find it in the manual. How do I set up my aqusition method to end after my run has ended. Do you have to create a special stop method? Using Agilent 1200.
Under "sequence parameters", you can select for a macros to automatically run at the end of your sequence. Select the "shutdown" macros to turn off the components of your system.
