Hello everyone again,

I go on with my studies on CE. I have a question: for instance, I have 15 different analyses from the same compound. Could I export all annotations (area, width, assymetry, theoretical plates, etc) from all these analyses at the same time?

Thank you very much,
Hi MCG,

In Carat32 or the original software EZChrom you have a reporting tool called "Advanced Reports". This Excel-like tool allows you to create single run and sequence table reports, collecting all information from all your runs. Then you can export it as a .txt file so you can read it in in Excel.
But, almost all you can do in Excel you can also do in this tool!

Send me your email address and I can send you the manual.

Note: I am not sure if the Advanced Reporting is included in the Carat32 software.

Hi varossf thank you for your information, now I know I am near to the solution. I have been working on the advanced reports and I can create a table with all results that I want (for instance, area, plates/meter or assymetry) but only for an electropherogram. The problem is when I have many electropherograms because I do not know how can present results from all of them at the same time.

My email: squalltb@hotmail.com

Thank you again!
Hi varossf thank you again for all the information! It has been really useful ;)
You are welcome. Good that you now can do what you wanted to do.
