I replaced the sample transport assembly in an Agilent G1313 autosampler today. It works ok, in the diagnosis section of ChemStation I am able to position the gripper and pick up vials in positions 1, 10, 55, 100, etc. Although it works, I feel the gripper needs to be positioned a little more forwards as it "barely" grabs the vial properly and our other G1313 systems seem to be better aligned that this one.
I am running A.10.02 ChemStation. Under maintenance, I don't see an option to specifically do an alignment adjustment on the G1313. I did reset the tray injector, but wondering how I can specifically align the positioning of the gripper arm as it picks up a vial. Thanks for any suggestions!
