Dears
I need macro steps that fill the Chemstation 4.03 sequence table by my samples if that stored in excel or ASCII file and run the sequence.

Thanks in advance
I suggest that you go onto the the Agilent web site at www.agilent.com, and on the home page type in the word 'macro' into the search box. Make sure that you have selected 'Life sciences & Chemical Analysis' for the search area. In the results you should see the macro programming manual (17 Mbytes !!). This manual will have all of the information that you will need to write a macro to do what you want to do.

Gasman
thanks
