Hi all,

Happy Holidays!

I have a questions on GPC analysis with Agilent 1100 system. I run the system with easiVial polystyrene standards, THF as solvent, the column is resipore with a resipore guard column, detector is DAD. Injection volume is 90ul, flow rate is 1ml/min. The peaks were good. However, when I correlate the MW with retention time, it is NOT linear! Instead, it is exponential. Any ideas of what was wrong?

Thank you very much.

Jen
Sounds like everything is normal. Retention time is inversely linear with log MW.
