HELP! Analysis of Phenibut by HPLC

Hi all

Can you help me find HPLC analysis of Phenibut. I can't find it in EP, USP and act. Please send me or write method of analysis. In certificate of analysis we must control Purity (min 99.9 %) and Relative compounds (< 0.1 %).

this is aromatic amino acid which can be analyzed by mixed-mode chromatography, similar to the following applications:
