Hello all,
I'm setting up a multiresidual pesticides method on my Agilent 6890 GC-ECD, but I have some problems with calibration table of Chemstation vA-10-02. I must quantitate about 40 pesticides and I divided them in 6 groups. At each calibration solution I added Internal Standard. Compilation of Calibration Table is easy for first group: each compund refers to my IS data, but how can I do for furthers groups?
I'm currently doing as follows: considering area of IS obtained with first group, I calculate area/area IS of compunds of others groups and report them to area of IS of first group.
Is there any easier way to do it?
