Levulinic Acid on an HP-5 column?

So I've been running a few samples of Levulinic acid on an agilient HP-5 column. No problems with separation or detection but I am concerned that it might damage the column long term since I am running an acid through the column.
Does anyone know for sure?

I should also mention that I am running hydrogen as a carrier gas. Inlet temp 280, oven temp 180.

I don't think that levulinic acid injections would be any issue at all on HP-5, as long as its peak shape and reproducibility meet your needs.

Cool, thanks for the info. Yeah, the peak comes out nice and sharp. Like a sewing needle, without overlapping with any other analyte peaks so I'm happy with that.
