How to perform Uncertainly calculations??

Hello!

I would like to ask if anyone would be able to share and teach how to perform calculations of uncertainty in a power analysis by HPLC, 2 standard and two samples.

Start with the ISO Guide to the Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement, 1995. It's not easy though.
Where can I buy the kit they use in CSI?
