Sometimes when I analyze a calibrator, update calibration and reprocess I get quantitation value that does not agree with my quant. table value. I may have 15.00 ng/ml in the quant. table but get 14.99 or 14.98 after updating calibration and running the method to reprocess. This is using Chemstation. Ver. D.02 or D.01. Drug mode. Any thoughts?
Sometimes the update in retention times results in the software extracting a portion of the ion chromatogram over a slightly different time range. This can cause a minor change in baseline, peak slope detection, etc.

Note this only applies for a single point calibration; if you can get exact values returned from a multiple level calibration I am impressed.
Thank you.
