I am analyzing the monosaccharides from the plant cell walls.
I am using a Dionex carbopac PA20 and can separate most of the sugars that I am interested in. I get a peak which I cannot identify and I suspect it may be one of the acid sugars. However I cannot obtain standards of three of the acid sugars. I do have standards for glucuronic acid and galacturonic acid - so I know it is not one of these.
If anyone can let me know where I can obtain there, I would be grateful.
L-Aceric Acid,
[2-keto]-3deoxy-α-D-Manno-octulosonic acid (α-Kdo) and
[2-keto]-3-Deoxy-ß-D-lyxo-heptulosaric acid (ß-Dha)
