STANDARD VS SPECTRA TUNE FOR GC/MS

I was wondering if someone can please explain what tune they use for their GC/MS and WHY? Is it better to use a standard tune or target tune?

It depends on what you are trying to do. What type of instrument do you have and are you trying to collect full scan data to look at spectra, run a target method?
