Peak area decreasing. triglyceride analysis

I have some problem with GC analysis of triglycerides in cocoa-butter. From one injection to another I see decreasing of peakes area. Injection method is pulsed split. Please suggest me decision of my problem
Clean, clean, clean, every place that your sample touches.

Remove the first meter of column.
