Varian 430 dead display

Discussions about GC and other "gas phase" separation techniques.

Our Varian 430 GC now has a dead display after the electrical testing guy has been around. Switching on at the main power switch shows indicator lights etc. on the instrument body, but the LUI (display and buttons module) is dead. On this one it's needed to initiate comms with Galaxie, start runs and also reconfigure the carrier gas from time to time, so we can't do without it. I've given it a quick look-over, nothing seems to obviously wrong. Anyone got any thoughts?

Thanks

Update: after more pointless fiddling it's come back on for no apparent reason...
