Dear all, i am very new in chromatoprgaphy. now i'm learning it.
my question is after we get the chromatograph, how do we know the concentration of substances.
in my understanding, we can calculate based on the unit area. but i think it's very complicated.
Do you know, there is a software to do calculation?

The keyword is "calibration". Certainly, there were classes about it in your school.
