Encounting a problem with GC machine

Hi,
I am using a GC machine in our office. The machine is Wasson 7890 A. However, for last two days, I am getting an error message like in a window box

The heading of the window is :
Instrument 1 (online): Data Analysis SHUTDOWN. M, No Data File loaded

And the message is:
Autostart Macro failed, error#999 occured

Can anybody help me out for this problem?
