Recently I downgrade my auto sampler 1367E to 1367B(or C) to connect it to MS detector but after connecting and turning off them it doesn't initialize. I tried several firmwares which I downloaded from agilent site but it didn't work. Also i tried force clod boot and it initialized but didn't inject any sample. please help me.
Hi,

Do you have an instant pilot that you could connect to the unit and see if it is present and also what errors may be displayed on it. Also are you sure that the unit can be down graded and work as it is meant to? What software are you using, is the appropiate drivers loaded?

After the cold start it int okay, maybe an issue with the software (CDS). Could try re-creating the system. I only have Empower experience but that is just a few things to check.

Did you emulate autosampler? Did you use correct fw?
Thanks for your reply. I emulated 1367E to 1367b and I used firmware which I downloaded from Agilent site. I have Lab advisor & instant pilot but It couldn't help me. I had this error: " There is no blind seat" or "could not find missing wash vessel"
Does anybody know difference between firmware released by Agilent for example A.06.32 and A.06.34?
And what is the difference between downgrading with LC update utility and Lab Advisor?
And what is default firmware version of high performance autosampler 1367E?
I really appreciate with your help
