Solvent Yellow 124(Euromarker)

Hello everyone,
We are looking for a method for determination of solvent yellow 124 in oil on HPLC/UV. We already tried pretty wide search on the net. However we found only one abstract and that’s it
(without any information except that sample was directly injected). There is no official method of analysis recommended by EU 
. On the other hand ASTM recommends this method (and you need to pay for it, off course) 
. We did, however, found plenty of information about EU’s legislation on this matter. Any information would be highly appreciated.
