Acetonitrile

Hello all,

I am doing RP-HPLC for a protein in which I am using acetonitrile as the organic solvent. My question is how to get rid of acetonitrile in my eluted protein fractions. Will it evaporate overnight at 37C???

That would work. Your results might be better with a lyophilizer or speed-vac. You can also use a stream of clean nitrogen to take it almost to dryness.
