Hi

can anybody tell how to minimise the plasma interferences in bio-anlaytical analysis, what are the precautions to take for minimisation of interference.

What are the parameters to change to get good recovery from plasma in both the liquid/liquid and SPE Extractions.

If your analyte is acidic or basic, you can manipulate pH to refine what gets extracted and what doesn't.
