calculating degradation factor to normalize the dissolution

My compound is degrading in diluent used to prepara Its degrading 1% to 20% in 24 hours. I want to calculate the degradation factor to normalize the final recovery.

How do I generate a degradation factor equation to nomalize the data. Please help.
