What’s the difference between 3Q qualification（IQ、OQ、PQ）of new instrument and anniversary OQPV（operation qualification、performance verification certification） operated by instrument company？and every half year calibration ourselves？
We want to pass FDA qualification. What we should do in instrument management to assure instrument good state? What’s indispensable？
