Neither of those error messages are listed in the 7693 manual (http://www.chem.agilent.com/Library/use ... -90010.pdf) and neither makes any sense for an autosampler. Sounds more like MS problems, and if I had to guess, they are warnings that you have exceeded the recommended time intervals.
