Unknown disturbance in Varian Saturn 200 GC/MS

Hello all,
One of the problems we recently came upon is that now when we load up our software, we get a message that says, "An unknown disturbance is disrupting communication with all modules." Has anyone had experience with this? Also, when the program does come up and we try to inject and make a run, the program again freezes. Any ideas?
