I am using capillary column and tcd detector H2 as a carrier but He peak is not coming only methane (N2 and Oxygen due to bad sample taking).

Oh, the helium is coming out. But if you can see it depends upon the amount the capillary will separate from the helium peak from the valve upset and the O2 and N2 peak.
Plus the peak is probably negative in height.
Try using a more appropriate carrier gas and column.
best wishes,
Rod

Thanks for replying.
What you prefer for the carrier gas.
I think column is ok. It is seperating all the peaks at -15'C. And I have only one capillary column(plot q). So no option for column.

To determine hydrogen only, nitrogen is best, argon is second best.
I have no idea what column you are referring to in (TQ-300). Nothing is found when searching the internet.

Rod

One notation:
You can afford to cool a GC oven at -15C but can't afford a second column for $100?
Different strokes for different folks.
