I recently started using this RP resin column and advised to proceed with water then water-methanol and come down to 100% methanol. So most of the fractions containing water and it leads to storing the collected fractions at 4 degree and also water soluble compounds like saponins and alkaloids still be present in fractions containing water. How can i proceed for isolating saponins from here?
